Include out-of-the-box calendar variables

Some people in our community slack have asked for calendar variables like the ones [available in Prophet](https://facebook.github.io/prophet/docs/seasonality,_holiday_effects,_and_regressors.html).

Include mention of Dask and Ray in distributed example.

It would be good to make more explicit the support of the AnyDateFrame paradigm. (Source: JS from Guac)

As you can see in the [Fine Tune section](https://docs.nixtla.io/docs/fine_tuning_with_a_specific_loss_function) of docs.nixtla.io LaTex equations are not rendered correctly.
