You should add your ontologies to the ontologies folder next to the war file - see an example in https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer/releases/download/rc_v1.0/onto-viewer.zip. Note also this remark: https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer/issues/388#issuecomment-2014643718.
