Statusbar does not work. It is supposed to provide information about the highlighted section of DNA.

Plasmid view

The layout of labels in plasmid view looks rather horrible and needs fixing. This is mainly a problem when there are very many labels. Much too many labels will also...

Clicking the "New file" button does not produce a new window in windows 7

Undo/redo buttons do not work properly on windows 7

The search/mutate bar does not work properly on windows 7.

When qualifiers are moved up and down in the feature editing view the selection changes to a different one when a qualifier reaches the bottom.

The add, edit and remove buttons in the plasmid view have not yet been assigned functions.

There is currently no code to represent linear DNA fragments in the plasmid view.
