Got [name 'decode' is not defined] error on MacOS/RasbianOS

I just setup the evironment with a Jetson Nano(similar OS with Raspbian), this time python3.6 is used with tensorflow-gpu 1.15. however, no good. the same reason.

VM execution error. Default .env

maybe it's about web3-providers-http, using 1.0.0-beta.30, tried 1.0.0-beta.34, error log is even less.
