impress console

Hello and thank you for deck2pdf.

I wrote my impress.js presentation with hovercraft (https://github.com/regebro/hovercraft) which features the impress-console (https://github.com/regebro/impress-console).

Besides exporting the presentation itself, I would also like to print my presenter notes. I wondered if it would be possible (and not too hard) to achieve this in deck2pdf.

I tried to write a custom profile for that, but I didn't succeed yet. In principle there are 2 steps necessary:

1. Start the impress console (using the js function or simulating the button "P")
2. Switching to the tab or popup that should open.
