configparser.NoSectionError: No section: 'oauth_config'

i'm getting this error "configparser.NoSectionError: No section: 'oauth_config'" when running jira_oauth_token_generator.py i have no idea why? I did create a folder oauthconfig that contains the generated keys and the starter_oauth.config
