I am having the same issue, where setting a seed and rerunning the same code on the same computer with a fixed R environment can randomly generate variable UMAPs.

By looking online I was able to resolve this issue by adding the following line to Singularity.def and rebuilding the container: strip --remove-section=.note.ABI-tag /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5 Thanks
