The problem is that the bot does not receive any updates when user joins my supergroup (> 20k users). I used another smaller group for testing and everything was fine...
Any updates on this https://github.com/php-telegram-bot/core/pull/1102#issuecomment-647553643? My problem is that my bot has multiple conversation commands, and I want to explicitly notify user that older conversation is going to be canceled....
