There is nothing you can do with this repo. I will suggest you use following command to download from another source: `wget -c "https://s3.amazonaws.com/dl4j-distribution/GoogleNews-vectors-negative300.bin.gz"`
For the problem of not recognizing GPU in tensorflow, the following command also solves it: pip install tensorflow[and-cuda]
