It described in the doc that I gave you. 
`kvmd-janus-static` just runs janus. `kvmd-janus` runs a runner for janus that follows network config. In case of static you should follow it manually.
@briha do you have more `kvmd-janus` logs? I want to understand what preceded the crash because in fact if STUN is not available it should have started anyway.
