I can add something like magic key prefix, like on right alt on virtualbox. So you will be able to press rightalt+ctrl+c. What do you think?
Maybe just *some* key. Right alt behaviour is depending on keymap. On my linux, it's just an alt. I think we can just use any modifier key as magic, configurable.
I've done some experiments with mac host and mac client. The same behavior will happen with win and linux. The task of "making a host key" generally has no solution....
