Java VerifyError occurs when using com.google.cloud libraries-bom > 26.31.0

I have the exact same issue after doing 3.25.1 --> 3.25.3.

KmsEnvelopeAead raises "TinkError: 400 {kek_URI} is not a valid resource type for this request."

This is related to having the `/cryptoKeyVersions/1` at the end of KEK_URI. Normally you wouldn't need it and something like: `KEK_URI = "gcp-kms://projects/ait-mlops/locations/us-central1/keyRings/test-keys/cryptoKeys/aitor-test"` is enough. However, you may need it...
