For example, the files mentioned in the codes are: sex_labels_train_dict.pkl, data_20170219.pk, annotations_by_study_id.pkl, study_annotations_grouped.pkl, patches_1mm_{}{}{}1.pkl, study_sex_det.csv, preds{}.csv, submission_{}.csv, config_{}_features.csv.
