Yes this has been fixed. I think this is a useful enancement to libusb. @tormodvolden Please take a look as well.
Over the years there have no reports of issues related to LIBUSB_TRANSFER_ADD_ZERO_PACKET flag, either for macOS or Linux. Guess this feature is seldom used.

I actually think it is better to use libusb_set_option to set up the RAW_IO pipe policy when needed.
