@marians never mind. I removed the Github workflow for now.

The current workaround is to set `Roxygen: list(load = "installed")` but this is not ideal because it assumes that the pkg is installed beforehand. Which is not the default case...
Check if all submodules are in place `git submodule update --init --recursive`
I think it's still valid. I made it optional.
