For example, on certain websites I exclude `n`, but when searching with `/`, I want vimium to be passed `n`.

In addition and in relation to issue #624: 

`|` sticks out beyond the inline code block.

If I toggle markdown repeatedly with `C-M-m` a newline is inserted at the beginning of the email every time it reverts to plaintext.

If the url path is wrong, particularly to a local file (i.e. `CutyCapt --url=~/wrong/path...` instead of `CutyCapt --url=file:///home/usr/path...`), CutyCapt takes a long time and then spits out a blank file....

It would be nice to be able to disable changing the font size and only keep the coloring and styling. A good example is the default emacs `.md` highlighter.
