Binary UUID format in SQL has much better performance than text UUID format in SQL. Could we get support for seamless binary UUID marshaling?

The most recent binaries don't run in Mountain Lion. Could you update them?

Apply *.sh configuration to shebang'ed files as well

Would be convenient if configuration styles for `*.sh` files were applied based on shebang as well, so that shell scripts without file extensions could be editorconfig'ed. Make sense?

eclint check and eclint infer seem to be working well, but eclint fix doesn't actually change the given path :/

For convenience, could `mas install "Some Cool App"` automatically lookup the numerical identifier? Kinda stinks that users are expected to manage this information on behalf of mas.
