gitbook link broken

The links to the old gitbook page, purported to provide downloadable editions, are now dead links. Particularly https://www.gitbook.com/book/lefticus/cpp-best-practices , which just lands on the generic GitBook homepage.

As a workaround, I am using the release artifacts posted to GitHub.
