So i have Putty, WIN SCP. I've used WIN SCP to put the codexctl-1739239465.tar.gz on and then I've used putty to execute that, but I'm stuck there. I'm not sure...

I believe that I did extract that. But I'm not sure, past that because according to chatgpt there should be a codexctl file in there but I don't see that...
