Yes this is the same issue as #67 because just up and reinstalling everything from the scratch isn't a proper solution and since that one is closed nobody seems to...

Due to the way the `_init` check is done in [MoleClient.js](https://github.com/koorchik/node-mole-rpc/blob/master/MoleClient.js#L53) you can have it register the `onData` listener multiple times.

A simple change to show all the `failureMessages` for a test instead of just the first one, also fixes diff isolation if the call stack is just one call deep.
