I was going to point the same thing @JosJuice mentioned. We don't run WADs directly from file since (at least) Dolphin 5.0 stable. WADs always get installed to the NAND...
Right now, the user must manually supply a copy of OpenAL32.dll, it doesn't work properly with the default settings and might outright crash Dolphin, depending of the supplied DLL version....
