I had the same issue; I followed [this](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/33067#issuecomment-1103189677) and it seems to work as expected (as far as i can tell).

dependency ["react-native-vision-camera"](https://github.com/mrousavy/react-native-vision-camera) needs to be upgraded to V3 first (see [here](https://github.com/mrousavy/react-native-vision-camera/issues/1698))

I'm not sure, if that would be the right field either. For now you could use an item of type 'display' as the first item and provide helpful information there.
