Self hosted app shows available upgrade for latest release even when latest commit is ahead of release

This is a small follow-up to #611 and is likely a view-only issue.

Repro

  1. Open your self hosted app
  2. Go to self host settings, disable auto-upgrades
  3. Upgrade to latest commit
  4. Once deploy completed, latest release will now be shown as "available" for upgrade (even though it is behind what you just upgraded to)
