Bug: Unable to get past signup and setup page

Describe the bug Been getting the error in the screenshot below both on self-hosted docker and the one-click deploy using render

To Reproduce Setting up the app using docker and render Signing up then picking Country, currency and date format. I have tried other options like changing my country, currency or date format and I keep getting the same issue

Expected behavior Finish sign up and setup without any errors.
