Bug: [Pagination inside Budgeting Section]

Describe the bug When inside the budgeting section, the back and forward arrows won't work.

To Reproduce To reproduce,

1. Being in February.
2. Going to go back to january. Left Arrow (chevron) is disabled.
3. Click on the "February 2025" down chevron.
4. Select January explicitly.
5. Now the right arrow is enabled.
6. Click on the rigth arrow, get to February 2025 again.
7. Left arrow is again disabled.

Expected behavior The arrows should allow to move between months. In case there is no data in previous or future months, is ok for the arrows to be disabled.
