No, unfortunately, after 1-2 days of work the issue is back, just like before... 10.14.5 (18F132) doesn't fix the problem.

I have latest Mac OS 10.15 with all updates installed and Telegram 1.8.15 (latest too) installed from App Store. And the **problem is still here**. Like before not every day...
