bug: if event is too big, it gets dropped instead of truncated

@MarkEdmondson1234 since release [2.29.0](https://github.com/langfuse/langfuse-python/releases/tag/v2.29.0), we are dropping excessive i/o on the events. Feel free to upgrade your dk version and give it a try.
