I had the same issue. I replaced helpMod.pm by command: `cp -f /opt/anaconda/pkgs/braker2-2.1.2-2/bin/helpMod.pm /opt/anaconda/envs/braker2/bin/helpMod.pm` it is working now. you need to correct path according to your installation
