The project bindings (e.g. step definitions) could not be discovered. Navigation, step completion and other features are disabled.

Same issue here as well: In VS 2022, the regeneration of the .feature.cs is not working, also not when rebuilding the project. The Specflow extension is installed (2022.1.91.26832) as well...
