I checked the url generated by the installer and it points to an unexisting github link when trying to download smokegen.zip "https://github.com/Shinmera/smokegen/releases/download/qt-libs2.0.1/win32-smokegen.zip"

Ok I will, as soon as I get back home.

@Shinmera it seems that in order to transfer the issue I must have admin rights in both repositories, and I don't have rights in any of them, I did change...

Thanks ghost, I have not checked this for a while, is the change already in the Master branch?
