Sounds good but seems a maintenance horror with little gain at the moment. You are welcome to provide a pull request though.

Simply changing to `\insertsection` breaks our title format handling for small caps. By the way, you can send and/or attach patches that you create with `git am format-patch`.

I guess this won't make it into 1.1, so we proably should push it past it.
