When I run patcher on my windows 7 laptop (32 bit) I get an error saying "could not find part of the path "C:/Program Files (x86)"

"this setting is enforced by your administrator" when i go to add my android phone

Hi all, I want to add my android phone but the option is greyed out with a enterprise icon and when i hover over it i see:  Whats weird...
