A couple modules are modifying their MANIFEST in only-style way. We should move to clean bundle plugin utilization w/ packaging = bundle

Should hyperjaxb have a version indicator (like junit4, junit5, etc?) If so, should it align to the jaxb or jpa version?

Replace with Maven equivalent plugins

This sample project tries to build w/ v2.0.5 of jaxb-maven-plugin, but it does not depend on it so maven tries to build the samples project out-of-order jaxb-annotate-plugin-sample-annotate-2.0.5/pom.xml
