Since hugo nowadays uses hugo mod get, it is no longer possible to bundle all themes as before. The theme list is already not complete and deprecated.

https://github.com/inpsyde/backwpup/pull/119 should fix this.

@szuecs I still don't see how it is practically possible to ignore the ownerID check. So I can't write a test.
