Importing `Winsparkle.targets` is also missing from `WinSparkle-2012.vcxproj`. It's easily solvable by adding `` to the import group, but the Bakefile warning at the top suggest it's not the right solution....

For HC parts, you should use VHCT or AHCT, which have TTL-compatible inputs. The point about propagation delay is probably relevant, since the original c0pperdragon design relies on the propagation...

@solarmon nevermind - I just saw that it's actually not recommended to use the (T) versions at 3.3V AHC has schmitt-triggers on the inputs which may help clean up noisy...
