Inverse_transform function from umap-learn lib [FEA]

I think this feature is important. It would be great if someone could implement it. Specifically, I want to use the requested `.inverse_transform` method for comparing different dimensionality reduction techniques...

Add `save_base_model=True` attribute to `save_pretrained` method
