I probably spoke too soon. I was using the No-Op compressor. When I switched to cssmin, I find that the files don't actually compress so my 'fix' doesn't really fix...
I ended up excluding my css files from pipeline because I didn't have time tofigure out where the bug was. I will revisit this week and let you know.
Working on this as part of the docker integration.
