End time dropdown does not display all the options when < 24 hours from start

it will essentially just show the next 24 hours so i can scroll all the way up to "0 mins" duration and all the way down to "23 hours" duration...

looks like it was removed here: https://github.com/cobrateam/splinter/commit/a7cbbf9efd6f987779eaad90f8af2d9758a42b1e no clue why. @andrewsmedina was the author so may be able to shed some light
