I confirm the issue, extension not usable with 1.1.x I think this happen for some missing assets (dash not styled and graphs not generated). I'll try investigate.

Ops, sorry, It work ! I forget to require both assets in all.js and all.css ! //= require admin/spree_simple_dash and *= require admin/spree_simple_dash
