**Describe the bug** When scrolling down using the mouse and then returning back to the top of the list, the sticky header is not updated correctly and it remains stack...

Please Update ext.kotlin_version

The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher. The version written in the package is outdated, please change it to a newer one.
