No redirects are needed because I replaced the deleted fragment with an InlineFilter.

I'm working on a PR to resolve these issues.

We need to change the target SDK to 30+

This isn't going to work because of old HTTP dependencies in the kinesis video client. Updating those are a significant effort, so we're putting this work on the shelf.
