I made some updates to take account of TLSv1.3 in a few places. Also various updates for @InfoHunter's comments.

I added some new content on sessions and key updates. Taking this out of WIP. Please review!

They are appear in the release announcement email text, e.g. see this 3.2 announcement: https://mta.openssl.org/pipermail/openssl-announce/2024-January/000295.html Actually they're not there in the 3.3 pre-release announcement text, but as soon as 3.3...

EOL date for 3.3 is 9th April 2026 (with the final year from 9th April 2025 being security fixes only).

There seems to be an extra commit in this PR from #182. I suspect #182 was merged to the wrong repo - but your PR picked it up before it...
