Personally in favor of it only searching the project. In addition to the noise, I think in VS Code the "m", "f", "t" etc. prefixes aren't going to work unless...

We started seeing this too with a connection pool size set to 400. We've been running f87678194 since it was merged into master. Unfortunately I don't have much useful information...

We're debugging some nimble pool checkout issues and I found this PR, it was educational for me and might be a good addition to Finch!
Whoops, didn't mean to close this one. I do think we need a better solution that's not opt-in so it's solved for every user, see some of the discussion [here](https://github.com/newrelic/elixir_agent/pull/391#discussion_r963113789)....
(@edds work in #391 allows for a global increase across the board in the mean time)
