FFmpeg's implementation of SRT listener is single connection. You need to play with obs-gstreamer to get multiple connections or use e.g. srt-live-transmit as a proxy.

There's no hwaccel for hisilicon chips from what I know.

If you really need DNS you can use nscd - I did on a few machines (regular servers) myself. Depending what you really need you might e.g. pipe wget output...
