[idea] possibility to override single templates

This feature is currently not planned. My gut feeling is that copying React components from a user project to the build folder, as we do for `config.json` and the markdown...

Add the possibility to customize the colors

Once you migrated to v4.0.0 you can change all colors within your `config.json`. ✔️ Custom CSS is currently not supported, but we may re-add this feature in the future.

Config: improve default config values

Default config will now be extended by user config, so now we have some fallback for new values, which are not defined in the user's project. I will close this ticket as the workflow via setting the `featured: false` flag seems to be working well. 👍
