Looks really nice, and I specially like the wording in the channel creation panel ("commit to channel"). Seems like a solid way forward.
I guess that the underlying trezor firmware impl won't be able to recognize tspends due to their outputs being special and therefore it won't be able to spend them. In...
There's also the issue that if one wallet accesses the remote endpoint, privacy is compromised anyway.
To run a dcrwallet instance backed by the same db as a Decrediton wallet, the easiest way is to go to the wallet dir ("~/.config/decrediton/wallets/testnet/blah") and edit the corresponding `dcrwallet.conf`...
That would work as well
Now that dcrwallet has moved to client cert auth, Decrediton no longer sets an rpc username and password, so that needs to be specified somehow.
This is only applicable if you've never had any peers (i.e. have an empty network graph). If you have a network graph (even if old due to not connecting to...
Correct. Probably the best guard is if the network graph only has a single node - in that case there's nothing to query.
If you disconnect then reconnect the trezor device after step 2 but before step 3, does it work?
After a successful restore, you need to restart the device. Ideally this could be shown in Decrediton.
