wallet config used as global config

On decrediton we have global configs, which are the same for all wallets, like network (mainnet or testnet) and we have wallet configs, which are specific to each wallet.

Right now if we check, for example vsp listing, which should be a wallet option, it is broadcasted into other wallets

Why should these privacy settings be per-wallet and not global? Was this discussed anywhere? Personally I feel like they should remain global.

Just for one issue - these options are set once when setting up Decrediton for the first time. They are not part of the wallet setup, process (either creating a new wallet or restoring from seed).

There's also the issue that if one wallet accesses the remote endpoint, privacy is compromised anyway.
