I tried to force it with docker exec https://github.com/pkp/docker-ojs/blob/main/templates/common/ojs/usr/local/bin/ojs-cli-install it worked ... `Installation of OJS has completed successfully.`

Some information on vulnerabilities would be great ! Like : - harbor_artifacts_vulnerabilities Or at least : - harbor_project_vulnerabilities_total And : - harbor_project_vulnerability_severity
