Would my [DICOM generator](https://frosch.cosy.sbg.ac.at/anc/bids-misc-scripts#generate-dicom-files) help? The generated DICOMs fail BIDS Validator but dcm2niix and BIDScoin don't complain too much (see also #125).

Could we narrow it down to maybe one, most crucial test, like a sanity check? Or make a list? I don't have much experience and I don't know tox framework.
