I agree with You that there is a "relatively standard proxy behaviour", however, I find myself in a situation where I need the `Host` header to reflect the `proxy_pass` host...

I'm new to rust so I might have gotten this wrong, i did this while learning rust, but `Option` seems to me like a really bad / recursive idea .......
